About The Position

Mercedes-Benz of Chesterfield is seeking a full-time Lot Attendant to support its sales team. This role serves as an entry point into the automotive retail industry, offering opportunities to learn the business. The position involves performing various tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the parking facility and delivering excellent service. The role is full-time with flexible hours, and the pay rate is $16-$18 per hour based on experience. Requirements

Valid Driver’s License, with no more than two moving violations in the last 3 years and ALSO no major violations (DUI, careless driving, etc.) in the last 3 years
Must be able to drive both an automatic and manual car shift
Must be at least 18 years old. Candidates under 21 years of age only allowed 1 moving violation and no major violations in the last 3 years

Responsibilities

Move and retrieve vehicles from dealership lot, service areas or transport to another location
Keep vehicle lots neat and orderly which may include sweeping, shoveling, or vacuuming
Work closely with fellow team members to ensure that cleanliness as well as safety standards are met at all times
Other duties as assigned
