About The Position

Diehl Subaru of Massillon is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Lot Attendant to join our team in Massillon, OH. In this role, you will play a vital part in maintaining the organization, cleanliness, and safety of our vehicle lot to ensure an exceptional customer experience.

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Ability to operate vehicles safely in various conditions.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Physical ability to perform tasks including walking, standing for long periods, and light lifting.
• Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience in a similar role is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Organize and maintain the dealership’s vehicle inventory on the lot.
• Inspect vehicles for damage and cleanliness, reporting any issues to the management team.
• Move and arrange vehicles to optimize lot space and accommodate customer needs.
• Assist with washing and detailing vehicles as needed to maintain showroom quality.
• Support sales and service departments by promptly delivering vehicles when requested.
• Ensure lot safety by adhering to company policies and local regulations.
