About The Position

As a Customer Experience Specialist (CES) at Nellis Auction, you’ll be the friendly face that greets customers when they arrive to pick up their items. You’ll handle transactions, answer questions, and keep everything running smoothly—all while delivering top-notch service that keeps customers coming back. Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 1-2 years of warehouse experience preferred
• 2 years of excellent customer service skills are required
• Must be able to lift up to 50lbs
• Great attention to detail and highly organized
• Self-motivated and able to work in a fast-paced environment
• High level computer skills, math skills and grammar skills
• Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
• Ability to stand all-day and work in extreme temperatures
• Bilingual is a plus!

Responsibilities

• Greet and check in customers at pickup
• Process cash and credit card transactions
• Issue refunds and help schedule appointments
• Resolve customer concerns professionally and respectfully
• Maintain a clean and organized checkout area
• Assist with loading heavier items as needed
• Use warehouse equipment safely and efficiently
• Promote a positive, helpful environment for customers and team members
