About The Position

About the Role: As a Lot Attendant at Nellis Auction, you’ll be the friendly face that greets customers when they arrive to pick up their items. You’ll handle transactions, answer questions, and keep everything running smoothly—all while delivering top-notch service that keeps customers coming back. What You’ll Do: Greet and check in customers at pickup Process cash and credit card transactions Issue refunds and help schedule appointments Resolve customer concerns professionally and respectfully Assist with loading heavier items as needed Use warehouse equipment safely and efficiently Promote a positive, helpful environment for customers and team members Why You’ll Love It: Fun, friendly team environment Meet new people every day Stay active throughout your shift What to Consider: Outdoor role—weather can be a factor Some days require handling heavier items You’ll need patience when helping frustrated customers

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Required to meet performance standards and KPI
• 1-2 years of warehouse experience preferred
• 2 years of excellent customer service skills are preferred
• Must be able to lift up to 50lbs
• Great attention to detail and highly organized
• Self-motivated and able to work in a fast-paced environment
• High level computer skills, math skills and grammar skills
• Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
