Job Description: Deliver content and other materials through accurate and timely communication supporting the execution of the loss prevention & workers compensation awareness programs, events, and initiatives within the stores & distribution centers. Support loss prevention shrink, damage and safety initiatives. Analyze and evaluate project effectiveness and return on investment. Assist in the sourcing, developing, socializing and implementing new and enhanced loss prevention solutions that deliver profitable sales. Maintain and update loss prevention communication vehicles including Sharepoint Team Site, Thinktime, and other communication tools and deliver impactful content. Make updates and enhancements to ensure accuracy, relevance, and ease of site accessibility and navigation. Produce loss prevention & safety reporting to include but not limited to key shrink indicators, investigative statistics, audit compliance, WC & GL reporting, strategic shrink mitigation programs, loss prevention expense & capital spend, and additional ad hoc initiatives. Validate all loss prevention materials to include training, policy & procedure, best practices, and job aids are current. Prepare updates as necessary and collaborate with cross divisional loss prevention teams to ensure consistency of execution as applicable to Digital. Follow up and validate procurement and quotes for loss prevention & safety supplies. Ensuring supplies are current and available to order. Create Purchase Orders as needed. Participate on committees to provide perspective and gather insight on initiatives and projects which require loss prevention support and involvement. Performs other duties as required.
