Dare for Better. This person will oversee the Loss Supervisors to ensure all settlement processes are completed properly and on time to minimize loss to the company for products delivered. In addition, this person will cover any vacancies (i.e. vacations/PTO) in their respective geography and implement best practices to drive improvements and efficiencies within the loss/AR processes. Additionally, this person will partner with national/CCO customers to remove AR processing barriers to drive efficiencies for PBUS

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Previous leadership experience
  • Proficient in MS Office, including PowerBI
  • Knowledge of SAP settlement systems
  • Ability to partner with multiple functions
  • Demonstrated knowledge of PBUS of selling/delivery processes
  • Strong analytical capability to view problems from multiple points and perspectives
  • Knowledge of PBUS AR & Control Standards
  • Strong project management skills including high attention to detail and strong follow through to ensure tasks are completed in a timely manner
  • Ability to develop, motivate, and lead others
  • Highly Analytical with strong Attention to Detail

Responsibilities

  • Oversee team of 3 settlement supervisors
  • Develop KPIs
  • Dispute win/loss success
  • Time to respond to disputes
  • Time to recover/receive funds
  • Dispute accuracy (coded correctly, reconciling payments received with disputes, tracking down outstanding monies owed)
  • Additional metrics that contribute to the reduction of loss expense
  • Maintain open driver receivables to standard
  • Ensure routes are settled and finalized to standard
  • Achieve annual loss productivity savings targets (35%)
  • Collaborate with division peers, AR, CCO teams, GMAS, delivery leaders, KAMs, sales leaders, and the GTM team to drive adherence to all Settlement Control Standards
  • Coordinate with ADM’s to drive process adherence along with other cross-functional partners such as Sales and Warehouse to address gaps
  • Work across GTM team to resolve settlement related opportunities
  • Develop administrative team capability – identifying opportunities and action plans to resolve
  • Support GMAS onboarding as needed
  • Connect minimum weekly with MCC AR lead to discuss gaps/opportunities, problems to solve, etc.
  • Build relationships with NASS leads to drive productivity with national customers
