Responsible for the preparation, serving and beverages at the Biergarten maintains stock in the bar area; maintains cleanliness of the bar area, and is responsible for the billing and collection of all food and beverage served in the dining room, bar, and banquet areas; accountable for the security of all cash and checks; responsible for the protection of all beverage items; maintains superior guest service and quality food and beverage items in the bar. This position will start with training in Oma’s Restaurant for 1 – 2 weeks before bartender training to familiarize oneself with the menu.
