Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s preferred)
- 2+ years of LOP and/or A/R collections experience
- Experience with lien-based accounts and settlements
- Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
- Proficiency with collections software and Microsoft Office
Nice To Haves
- Experience with legal claims or law firms preferred
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) a plus
Responsibilities
- Manage and collect balances on LOP and lien-based accounts
- Communicate with attorneys, law firms, and clients regarding payments and case status
- Track accounts and follow up until payment is received
- Negotiate settlements within company guidelines
- Maintain accurate records and meet collection goals
