DESE licensed teacher for an inclusive preschool classroom. The preschool classroom is a setting that serves children with and without identified disabilities.

Requirements

• Experience working with Special Education population.
• Experience working with preschool aged children with and without disabilities.

Nice To Haves

• Certification in Early Childhood Education AND Moderate Disabilities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluating children to determine eligibility for special education
• Developing and implementing IEPs in an inclusive clasroom setting
• Data collection and writing of progress notes for students.
• Lesson planning and implementation
• Collaborations with colleagues, including staff meetings and professional development
• Other duties and responsibilities appropriate to the position and as assigned by the preschool coordinator.
