Airbus Helicopters is looking for a Long-term Intern to join our Customer Training department based in Grand Prairie, TX. You will be responsible for evaluating business processes, identifying deficiencies/inefficiencies, and designing and implementing innovative business solutions/processes to optimize business operations within the Airbus Helicopters North America (AHNA) Customer Training Department. Your Working Environment: A suburb just outside the Dallas-Fort Worth metropolitan area is home to Airbus Helicopters U.S. regional headquarters, where we have more than 1,000 employees. Your Challenges: Primary Responsibilities: Customer Records Improvement Project: 70% Assist in the evaluation and process improvement project for the collection and retention of customer information and training documentation, including student training records and training event documentation. To the extent possible, reduce manual, time consuming tasks and increase reliability of the overall process/system. Assess and ensure the functionality and sustainability of overall design and end-to-end process based on planned hardware/software upgrades. Continuous Improvement: 20% Evaluate other customer training business processes for deficiencies/inefficiencies Recommend solutions to optimize business operations Assist with execution of approved improvements, and Develop/update internal user tool documentation accordingly to satisfy control requirements Customer Service: 10% Provide exceptional customer service to all customers who enter our facility Assist administration team with customer service oriented tasks when asked.
