This role is part of our Remote Monitoring Solutions product line. For more information about our product line: https://sensornetworksinc.com/ As a key member of the team, the incumbent will be responsible for receiving and shipping functions. He/she will participate in the regulatory and customs compliance of shipments. The incumbent will work with local and international teams to support the company's logistics activities. Requirements

High school degree or associate degree
Minimum 2 years of experience in shipping in a manufacturing environment
Knowledge of export/import compliance
Excellent time and priority management skills
Be organized
Knowledge of inventory control and manufacturing operations
Proficient in MS Office Suite
Knowledge of general international shipping rules
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Rigorous, responsive and versatile.

Responsibilities

Shipping, receiving and warehouse management including customer instruments and STO’s.
Prepare export and import documents in compliance with regulatory and customs requirements;
Ensure daily shipment to customers in the geographical area, taking into account deadlines, administrative constraints and customs regulations;
Carry out the follow-up of shipments, the registration of customs documents and their control;
Communication with the customer for shipment tracking;
Product handling and storage;
Receiving, checking and storing products and goods;
Preparation of deliveries and shipments;
Labelling, grading and packaging of products and goods;
Ensure the proper management of the warehouse.
Maintain accountability for the preparation, booking and management of all customer shipments and transportation, and reporting on KPIs
Keep customers informed of progress either directly, through liaison with the Sales Support team or through the Sales Order Processing team
Cross train into areas as defined by management, targeting procurement activities.
