In this role, you will support our Material Preparations team by ensuring that critical materials flow efficiently and consistently into our hard‑capsule production process. Use electronic scanning tools to accurately track materials through defined workflows. Prepare equipment and materials for the next process step following written instructions. Support continuous capsule production by ensuring timely material availability. Follow all site safety policies and operational guidelines every day. Work a 12‑hour schedule, including weekends and holidays as required. Provide backup coverage for other Logistics Technicians as needed. What we are looking for: High school diploma or GED equivalent. Ability to lift, push, or pull materials weighing up to 50 lbs. Basic computer skills for scanning and tracking materials. Ability to work a consistent 12‑hour schedule based on business demands. Strong teamwork, reliability, and safety awareness. Ability to meet expectations for quality, productivity, and attendance.
