This position supports high‑quality patient care through effective inventory control, loss prevention, and strict adherence to regulatory, pharmacy, and safety standards. Requirements

  • Strong multitasking, organizational, and self‑motivation skills
  • Valid New Mexico driver’s license required
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.

Nice To Haves

  • EMT‑Basic education and New Mexico EMT‑B licensure preferred
  • Willingness to complete required stocking practices training within nine (9) months of hire

Responsibilities

  • Obtain Bioquell system certification within three (3) months of hire.
  • Clean, inspect, and maintain company vehicles, including washing, vacuuming, checking fluid levels, and inspecting lights, sirens, tires, batteries, belts, and related safety equipment; report damage or safety concerns promptly.
  • Maintain, track, and control medical and operational inventory, ensuring proper utilization, accurate logging through the company scanning system, and adherence to check‑in/check‑out procedures.
  • Conduct weekly inventory counts, monitor usage trends, and coordinate supply ordering to maintain appropriate par levels for patient care.
  • Clean, inspect, and perform functionality checks on medical equipment using CDC‑ and OSHA‑compliant disinfectants to address biohazard standards.
  • Perform scheduled and random audits of drug boxes, ensuring pharmacy and narcotics compliance, expiration control, documentation, and proper use of the McKesson NarcStation system.
