Position Summary The Logistics Team Member is at the center of our customer experience—ensuring every order is picked, packed, and shipped with accuracy, care, and speed. They work closely with warehouse and logistics teams to maintain inventory accuracy, prepare shipments, and meet daily fulfillment goals. This role requires attention to detail and commitment to quality in order to aid in delivering on the company promise of getting the right products to the right customers, right on time.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Ability to lift and move heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) regularly.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in varying temperatures and conditions within the warehouse environment.
  • Willingness to work Overtime as business needs dictate

Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience in a warehouse, fulfillment center, or similar environment preferred.
  • Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) and barcode scanners is a plus.
  • Forklift certification or willingness to obtain certification.

Responsibilities

  • Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick and pack products based on customer orders to meet shipping deadlines.
  • Shipping & Distribution: Prepare orders for shipment, including labeling, packing, and coordinating with carriers.
  • Warehouse Organization: Maintain a clean, organized workspace to ensure safe and efficient operations.
  • Quality Control: Inspect outbound orders for accuracy, ensuring products are damage-free and properly packed.
  • Equipment Operation: Safely operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
  • Documentation: Complete required paperwork and electronic records related to outbound shipments.
