Our team solves tough, meaningful problems that create a safer, more secure world. Life Cycle Engineering (LCE) is seeking Logistics Support Specialist based out of Tucson, AZ. In this role, you will be involved in all aspects of system sustainment. You will also be responsible for executing tasks in the areas of Integrated Logistics Support (ILS), Sustainment Analysis, and Sustainment Planning. This will include tasks such technical documentation, spares analysis, provisioning support, training, reliability analysis, and system safety. This role will primarily support various LCE Effectors portfolio.

Requirements

  • Typically requires: A University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years experience.
  • Experience supporting development programs, production and/or sustainment programs.
  • Active and transferable U.S. government issued security clearance is required prior to start date. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience supporting engineering depot activities.
  • Experience with PRISM.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills; knowledge of MS Office or other presentation tools
  • Ability to be a self-starter and able to take on new tasks with limited guidance.
  • Experience in the preparation and presentation of briefing material.
  • Can establish and sustain effective business relationships, respond to customer needs in a timely manner, address complex technical requirements, and lead cross-functional team to achieve business goals.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and oversee outgoing deliveries for the program.
  • Execute and track material movements in OIS and TMRS, including receipts, shipments, condition code changes, and inventory transactions.
  • Interface with FMS and U.S. Government customers to support material delivery schedules and quantity requirements.
  • Maintain and update inventory tracking databases.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely shipment of material.
  • Track and report shipment status for spare material supporting FMS and U.S. Government customers.
  • Issue outgoing shipment notifications to customers.
  • Compile and maintain data supporting monthly CDRL deliverables.
  • Maintain the FMS priority report for U.S. Government representatives.
  • Provide occasional support in the preparation of Delivery Travelers (DTs) and DD250 submittals.
