Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience
Ability to fully advocate for client needs while maintaining positive relationships with other FREIGHTCompass departments
Ability to work with a team, while also delivering independent results
Ability to collaborate with others
Analytical ability in problem solving and commitment to excellence in customer service
Ability to prioritize, multi-task and manage time effectively in a high stress environment
Excellent systems knowledge: MS Office
Driven, enthusiastic and highly motivated individual
Excellent oral and written communication/business writing skills
Must be organized and detail oriented
Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills.

Responsibilities

Direct Support of Client Success Representatives
Quote, Book, Dispatch, Track and manage shipments utilizing FREIGHTCompass technology
Ensure shipments are picked-up and delivered as expected, communicate effectively when issues arise
Respond quickly and effectively to customer requests and inquiries
Work with other FREIGHTCompass departments to meet customer expectations
Perform other duties as necessary
