Our company is growing rapidly, and we are seeking an experienced Logistics Supervisor for an onsite dedicated fleet in Mechanicsburg, PA. The Logistics Supervisor is responsible for the direct management and supervision of midsize driver count, ensuring safe and timely service movement of freight, load assignment and providing best in class customer service. Ensure compliance with DOT regulations and responsible for all drivers recruiting, compliance and company regulations while working with internal and external contacts to ensure the accurate planning, routing, monitoring, and delivery of freight and loads. This position is responsible for building metrics and reporting industry trends to senior management. This position calls for an agile, independent and energetic individual eager to contribute to the growth of our company in the drive towards operational excellence. The Logistics Supervisor plays a key role in ensuring that our business is always running smoothly, supporting the needs of our customers.
