Our team solves tough, meaningful problems that create a safer, more secure world. Raytheon is seeking a Logistics Supervisor - Transportation in our Merrimack, NH facility. The individual in this role will support the USG Shipping Group and will manage 2-3 direct reports. This role ensures that material movements meet contractual quality, cost, and delivery requirements by planning, organizing, and directing flow of material.

Requirements

  • Typically requires a university degree or equivalent experience and minimum of 2 years of prior relevant experience.
  • Experience in one or more of those areas: Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations, Production, Planning, Manufacturing and/or Warehouse.

  • Strong interpersonal skills in a manufacturing environment

  • Experience in Microsoft Office Tools.
  • Supervisory experience

Responsibilities

  • Create delivery documentation for domestic USG shipments, such as BOLs and Manifests
  • Create and process delivery travelers for contractual material
  • Work in TEAMS (government shipping system) to process shipments
  • Manage a team of 2-3.
