Requirements
- College
- Forklift operations, shipping and receiving experience, Customs filing experience
- Computer experience- ERP system experience- Oracle- Microsoft Outlook, Excel
Responsibilities
- Create shipping documents- Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Shipper Letter of Instruction
- Filing International Export information through ACE
- Crating and packing sensitive high value material for domestic and international shipments.
- Loading and unloading semi-trailers
- Arranging domestic and international shipments with customers and carriers
- Maintain tracking log of all shipments coming through the shipping department.
- Creating efficiencies for shipping department
