About The Position

Duration: 3 months with the possibility of extension Job Summary: Manage shipments and warehouse inventory, ensuring that all sales and shipments are completed on time and without errors.

Responsibilities

  • Perform sales confirm in system after sales evidence (POD, WH report, etc.) is gathered
  • Manage shipments for customers effectively and processes Delivery Request through ERP system for Sales Departments’ shipping request
  • Compare all the information between Sales Order entry and Purchase Order to prevent any wrong shipping
  • Perform ship confirm in system within D+1 days of physical shipment completion
  • Update and send commercial invoice if any changes occurred for shipment
  • Monitor incoming shipments schedule for customer or internal team and provide lists on a daily basis
  • Check released shipments delivery status and request required documents (Proof of delivery, Bill of Lading, etc.) to forwarders
  • Request and receive invoices from warehouses and forwarders. Review the invoice details.
  • Input the logistics invoices in Cost Management system for A/P
  • Communicate with on-site workers (China, etc.) to follow up on shipment delivery
  • Prepare and make all operations related reports requested by Accounting or Audit firm
  • Manage Certificates of Origin; prepare all necessary documents for FTA and custom clearance
  • Assign and Send Certificate Of Origin to correct customer upon request
  • Provide information (Serial number, shipping document, etc.) on customer request.
  • Manage On-Time handling rate and report to HQ logistics
  • Comply with the company’s policy and procedure
  • Performs other related duties as assigned
