About The Position

Join our dynamic Inbound Transportation team as a Logistics Specialist, where you will manage scheduled pickups, reroute hauls, resolve issues, and perform data analysis. You will interact with several vendors, handling freight transported by 18-wheelers. Each morning, you will participate in meetings to review the day's plan and recap the previous day's activities. You will be assigned to work with approximately 50 different vendors, using Excel to track vendor activity and resolve any shipment issues that may arise.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of professional work experience.
• Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office.
• Strong data analysis and interpretation skills.
• Experience in transportation, business analytics, and business intelligence.
• Associate’s Degree required, Bachelor’s Degree preferred.

Nice To Haves

• 4-5+ years of industry experience.
• Ability to work with multiple screens and solve complex problems.
• History of promotion and stability in previous roles.
• BI training or Business Analytics certificate is a plus.
• Experience in banking, analyst, management, office, or corporate environments.
