About The Position

Join the rapidly growing Enterprise Special Services (ESS) team as an Account Specialist, where you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the shipper experience for vendors and sellers utilizing inbound transportation services. The team is dedicated to driving innovation within transportation and logistics, and we continuously evaluate and improve our network's shipper processes. This role involves working directly with shippers to develop solutions and improve performance metrics.

Requirements

• Proficiency in account management and customer service.
• Strong skills in Excel.
• Problem-solving abilities, especially in transportation, intermodal, and supply chain.
• Entry-level knowledge of MS Excel and data navigation.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in logistics or supply chain preferred.
• Good relationship-building and organizational skills.
• Effective communication skills.
• Experience writing process improvement proposals.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, verify, and present data daily.
• Overcome transportation disruptions and other barriers in real-time.
• Identify root causes of transportation defects.
• Maintain daily logs on assigned shippers.
• Lead weekly calls with assigned shippers.
• Conduct Daily Business Review Stand-up calls.
