As a Logistics Specialist IV, you will review our logistics documentation to establish a pipeline for the range and depth of spares, tools, test equipment, materials, and related manuals needed are on track to be shipped and stocked. You'll be responsible for routing, documenting, and coordinating shipping logistics, managing our records of equipment, components, repair parts and related manuals, and tracking logistics materials and parts for proper allocation of our storage facilities. You'll ensure compliance to state, federal, and global regulations and coordinate import/export requirements. The candidate will oversee the activities of the Warehouse Hangar Liaisons on the hangar floor, ensuring that all operations are running smoothly and efficiently. This includes monitoring daily tasks, providing guidance and support, and addressing any issues that may arise to prevent disruptions. Additionally, the candidate will be responsible for tracking the status of active projects, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records, and providing timely updates to relevant stakeholders. This role requires a keen eye for detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to multitask in a dynamic environment. The candidate must also be proficient in utilizing project management tools and software to ensure that all projects are on schedule and meeting their objectives. Effective communication and leadership skills are essential, as the candidate will be the primary point of contact between the hangar floor operations and upper management, facilitating the flow of information and ensuring alignment with the company's goals and standards.
