Requirements

High school diploma or GED equivalent.
2+ years of relevant experience in transportation or logistics (A Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain or a related field may be considered in lieu of experience).
Intermediate proficiency with Google Workspace or Microsoft Office Suite.

Nice To Haves

Bachelor’s degree in Transportation, Logistics, or Supply Chain Management.
3+ years of deep experience in the logistics industry.
Analytical Mindset: Familiarity with BI and Tableau reporting to turn data into actionable insights.
Advanced proficiency with Google Workspace or Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

Master the Cycle: Navigate the full lifecycle of an order—from load building to tendering—using our advanced TMS to its peak potential.
Strategic Sourcing: Establish power-house relationships with carriers, negotiating rates and selecting the best modes of transport to ensure cost-effective delivery.
Data-Driven Problem Solving: Act as a proactive analyst to identify performance trends, resolve shipment errors, and stop service failures before they happen.
Act as an Advisor: Train new users on our systems and document standard operating procedures that set the gold standard for operational excellence.
Collaborative Resolution: Serve as the critical link between shippers, receivers, and carriers to resolve complex logistical challenges with professional poise.
