About The Position

Culmen International LLC is seeking qualified candidates for a Logistics Support II - Aircraft Armament Equipment (AAE) and Fuel Containment (FC) Support position in support of the Department of Defense (DoD) as a member of our NAVAIR Precision Strike Weapons (PMA-201) Aircraft Armament Equipment (AAE) and Fuel Containment (FC)/Aerial Fueling Stores (ARS) Engineering Support Team in Jacksonville, FL. What You’ll Do in Your New Role Provide sustainment, maintenance, logistics, and technical support services for GSE (i.e. ARS Handling Dollys, Cradles, Slings) specifically for FC Systems / ARS and associated equipment. ARS GSE services include equipment inspections and assessments, parts ordering and replacement, Technical Directive (TD) incorporation, inventory management, and Integrated Logistic Support (ILS) for up to 6000 individual GSE/FC items with multiple configurations for each. Identify and treat corrosion utilizing Naval Aviation Corrosion Manuals. Tracking of Inventory to include identification, segregation, tracking, and management of individual supporting parts and assemblies as required by OPNAVINST. Physically able to lift heavy objects up to 100 lbs.

Requirements

  • Inspecting and certifying Naval Aviation GSE to meet the OPNAVINST 4790 specifications and requirements.
  • Naval Aviation maintenance experience including:
  • Maintaining, inspecting, and disassembling FC/ARS GSE using technical manuals and Maintenance Requirement Cards (MRCs).
  • Performing inventory activities including receipt inspections, sentencing inspections, and segregation decision and inventory reporting for Naval aviation assets.
  • Ability to work within and support warehouse and supply chain operations, including logging of equipment maintenance and updates, tracking of inventory, filing, and retrieving process documentation.
  • Executing Packaging, Handling, Storage, and Transportation activities, including marking and labeling FC/ARS GSE and related equipment in compliance with DoD and Naval Regulations.
  • Physically able to lift heavy objects up to 100 lbs. repeatedly.
  • Willing to obtain Forklift Certification (onsite testing / OSHA).

Nice To Haves

  • Experience preparing logistics support documentation and source data, such as logistics operational management/user documents, integrated logistics support plans, user logistics support summaries, post-production support plans, and logistics implementation plans.
  • Experience implementing logistics plans, databases, and support files to support the fielding of new complex information systems or major modifications.
  • Experience applying logistics principles and methods to specialized logistics solutions.
  • Willing to become forklift certified (OSHA).
  • Current DoD Secret clearance or eligibility for a DoD Secret clearance.
