About The Position

We are seeking an experienced Logistics/C&T (Communications & Training) Support
Specialist II to support international & Domestic shipping operations while
ensuring full compliance with U.S. export regulations and ITAR requirements.
This is a hands-on role that requires strong organizational skills, attention to
detail, and the ability to assist with boxing, packing, and material handling as
needed. Ensuring that products are efficiently transported, stored, and
delivered while also maintaining effective communication.

Requirements

• Associate degree preferred (Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or related field)
• Minimum 5 years of experience in international export compliance and shipping
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook
• Ability to obtain DOT Hazardous Material Certificate & Forklift Certificate
• U.S. Citizenship and are able to obtain/maintain a U.S. Department of Defense Security Clearance.

Nice To Haves

• Exposure to MRP systems, particularly Oracle MRP, is highly desirable
