About The Position

We are seeking a proactive and organized Logistics Scheduler to coordinate production schedules, shipping logistics, and delivery timelines to ensure our products are built and delivered on time and with precision. Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree in supply chain, operations, or related field preferred.
  • 3+ years of experience in production scheduling, logistics, or manufacturing planning.
  • Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to make independent decisions and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively across departments.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic reporting tools.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate closely with manufacturing, purchasing, inventory, and sales teams to align materials, labor, and capacity.
  • Plan and schedule finished goods shipments, coordinating freight carriers and delivery timelines.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for internal schedule changes and logistics-related inquiries.
  • Analyze workflow, lead times, and capacity to improve scheduling efficiency and on-time delivery performance.
  • Maintain accurate scheduling and logistics data within internal software systems.
  • Prepare basic scheduling, production, and logistics reports to support planning and decision-making.
  • Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety requirements.
