Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree in supply chain, operations, or related field preferred.
3+ years of experience in production scheduling, logistics, or manufacturing planning.
Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to make independent decisions and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively across departments.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic reporting tools.

Responsibilities

Coordinate closely with manufacturing, purchasing, inventory, and sales teams to align materials, labor, and capacity.
Plan and schedule finished goods shipments, coordinating freight carriers and delivery timelines.
Serve as the primary point of contact for internal schedule changes and logistics-related inquiries.
Analyze workflow, lead times, and capacity to improve scheduling efficiency and on-time delivery performance.
Maintain accurate scheduling and logistics data within internal software systems.
Prepare basic scheduling, production, and logistics reports to support planning and decision-making.
Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety requirements.
