About The Position

Think: logistics problem-solver, relationship manager, and behind-the-scenes hero for major shipping accounts. As a Logistics Relationship Representative (Internal title: National Accounts Specialist) , you’ll be the go-to support person for our National Accounts — large customers who ship freight regularly across the country. You’ll work closely with our Agents (our independent logistics professionals who manage customer relationships and freight movement) to make sure shipments are picked up, delivered, tracked, and resolved smoothly from start to finish. In simple terms: You help make sure freight gets where it’s supposed to go, when it’s supposed to get there — and you step in when things don’t go as planned. This is a fast-paced, detail-driven role for someone who likes coordinating moving parts, solving problems in real time, and communicating with multiple people throughout the day.

  • Customer service oriented
  • Strong organizational and time management skills

  • Schedule pickups and deliveries - Coordinate appointment times with warehouses and customers, making sure transit time, driver hours-of-service limits, and special circumstances are all accounted for
