Raytheon Logistics is looking for an independent, self-motivated Logistics Planning Coordinator located at the Merrimack, NH facility. The candidate in this Logistics Planning Coordinator position will be responsible for providing logistics support to the Program Planning Lead. This role facilitates the flow of goods and services to meet customer and Program Management Office (PMO) schedule requirements. The Logistics Planning coordinator is responsible for supporting the daily logistics requirements and requests of multiple programs which will include the creation of activity logs in ALCS and may include providing guidance to warehouse functional leads to support program requirements. The planning coordinator is required to work within the confines of the asset management system(s) used in the support of their respective programs to support program support requests as well as work with the functional warehouse and quality leadership for the purpose of meeting program schedules and objectives to include contractual sell off requirements with Quality and DCMA. The Program planning coordinator may attend program related meetings and support the planning leads with the collection of logistics data and metrics to aid in logistics budget and EAC analysis. The program planning coordinator is expected to have the ability to work independently on basic problems with general oversight and direction to facilitate their program requirement activities. Priorities may require overtime to accomplish the task.

Requirements

  • Typically requires a university degree or equivalent experience and less than 2 years of prior relevant experience.
  • Experience in one or more of those areas: Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations, Production, Planning, Manufacturing and/or Warehouse.
  • The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required.
  • U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance
  • Active and existing security clearance required after day 1

Responsibilities

  • Vet part numbers and approve requests from fielded sites
  • Work with site logisticians and the buyers or program personnel on finding correct part numbers if needed, or substitutes.
  • Take the approved requests and submit RFMs
  • Work with RFM team for any issues that arise – incorrect part numbers, revisions, World Class Tool PNs
  • Work with PMO finance for any NWA issues, budgets being open or closed or moving.
  • Work with site logisticians on material that has issues
  • Submit SRM orders for COTs material
  • Update requests with pertinent information
  • Create new ALCS requests when required
  • Review all incoming site shipments and disposition material
  • Request direction for failed material not on LMI repair list
  • Disposition returned material on the LMI repair list
  • Research and submit an RFM for material that can be repaired to the PMO RR team
  • Attend weekly OEM Status meeting weekly
  • Monitor material that is sent out or coming back from OEM RR.
  • Communicate with parties inside and outside of own team
  • CN Kits with RMD and RIS personnel
  • Provides Shipment support – Site, vendor, Boyle, other RTX, etc
  • Back-up the Program lead when required
  • Additional support duties / tasks as assigned
