About The Position

Position Responsibilities: Responsible for daily routing, dispatching, and tracking delivery vehicles of distribution and transportation planning orders Monitors DOT Compliance, productivity, safety, and assists local management on identifying areas of improvement with the process Utilize dispatching and load creation software to identify and provide the lowest cost delivery solutions with continuous improvement of DSD processes and database of information to identify improvements in driver productivity Provide daily communication to distribution center and delivery minimum expectations on labor and equipment needs based on volume and workload Monitors route performance and logistics through analysis of data from computer systems and reviews on-board data for hours-of-service problems and gives daily feedback of compliance problems and customer issues Other duties as assigned Essential Information for Our Employees At the Reyes Family of Businesses, our Total Rewards Strategy prioritizes the holistic well-being of our employees, and our compensation philosophy embraces diverse factors for fair pay decisions, valuing skills, experience, and the needs of our business. Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree and 0 to 1 plus years of related experience or High School Diploma/General Education Degree (GED) and 4 plus years of related experience
