About The Position

LOGISTICS OPERATOR Teamswell is a high-growth nearshore outsourcing company working for US companies. We are currently looking for Logistics Operator that will be Responsible for managing domestic and international shipments, ensuring compliance with U.S. trade and customs regulations, and maintaining smooth logistics and supply chain operations between the U.S. and global partners. Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience in logistics, supply chain operations, freight coordination, or international shipping
  • Proven experience managing international shipments and coordinating with global logistics partners
  • Experience working with freight forwarders, carriers, customs brokers, and transportation providers
  • Familiarity with U.S. import/export processes and documentation requirements
  • Strong knowledge of international shipping processes, Incoterms, and transportation modes (air, ocean, and ground)
  • Understanding of U.S. customs regulations, trade compliance, and documentation procedures
  • Experience with logistics platforms, ERP systems, or shipment tracking tools
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word)
  • Ability to analyze shipping data and identify cost-saving opportunities
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • High attention to detail with strong documentation accuracy
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple shipments simultaneously

Responsibilities

  • Handle international logistics and end-to-end supply chain
  • Communicate with Truckers, freight forwarders, shipping lines, customs agents & negotiate the best charges on the desired service level.
  • Track global shipments for timely delivery.
  • Ensure compliance with U.S. import/export laws & documentation
  • Maintain accurate shipping and logistics records
  • Coordinate with sales, procurement & warehouse teams as required
  • Identify ways to improve shipping efficiency & reduce the costs
  • Resolve delivery delays or logistics issues in real-time
