About The Position

Logistics Dispensary personnel perform activities in the clean room environment and warehousing areas of the BB50 manufacturing facility. Duties include weighing/measuring, packaging, labeling, data entry in SAP, calibration (balance weigh checks), and cleaning. Also required is the use of a biological safety cabinet when working in the Dispensary on a daily/weekly basis for upstream operational support. Logistics Dispensary personnel perform other related duties at the direction of the Lead Dispensary operator, Sr. Dispensary Operators, or Dispensary Manager. The candidate must have a proven track record for attention to detail. Apply acceptable current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) practices during execution of all work tasks.

Requirements

  • Valid driver’s license.
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds.
  • Firm knowledge of basic math operations/metric system is essential.
  • Ability to work in a team environment as well as independently.
  • Able to drive a forklift and use other powered material handling equipment.
  • High School Diploma required.

Nice To Haves

  • Associate degree preferred but not required.
  • Prefer 1-5 years of prior warehouse/clean room experience.

Responsibilities

  • Performs daily weigh ups in Dispensary (clean room environment) to support manufacturing schedule.
  • Responsible for using measurement equipment accurately to weigh up lot-controlled materials and perform calibrations (balance weight checks) on bench top and floor scales.
  • Executes raw material and consumable dispense orders in the Manufacturing Execution System (MES) and label items appropriately per local procedures.
  • Generates labels and dispenses GMP filters/consumables to their respective manufacturing areas for lineside use.
  • Accurately and legibly fills out logbooks and all official forms.
  • Maintains appropriate inventory levels of raw materials, filters, and other GMP consumables to support the production schedule.
  • Ensures that all assigned tasks are in compliance with cGMP and maintains constant inspection readiness.
  • Assist in revising documents/standard operating procedures as needed for the Dispensary Manager or Lead dispensary operator.
  • Performs cycle counts under the direction of Warehouse Management, the Dispensary Manager, or designee for all Dispensary locations.
  • Strict adherence to all company safety policies by maintaining a safe working environment, utilizing appropriate safety equipment, and the use of PPE where required.
  • Accurately performs data entry utilizing the Global SAP system.
  • Provide on call support during weeknights, weekends and Holidays as needed.
