The Role: Logistics Operator This role supports daily warehouse and logistics operations at the Las Vegas campus. You are responsible for receiving, storing, transacting, and delivering materials that support mission-critical data center operations. The role requires strong organization, safe equipment operation, and consistent follow-through in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• Reliable and consistent execution of assigned tasks.
• Strong attention to detail in inventory handling and documentation.
• Safe work practices and adherence to warehouse procedures.
• Ability to manage multiple material requests simultaneously.
• Clear communication with internal teams and vendors.
• Willingness to support operational needs as priorities shift.
• Previous warehouse, logistics, or inventory experience.
• Valid drivers license and safe driving record.
• Ability to obtain and maintain forklift certification.
• Comfort operating vehicles with attached trailers up to 20 feet in length.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word.
• Ability to lift up to 100 pounds occasionally and perform physical warehouse tasks including standing, walking, bending, and operating equipment.

Responsibilities

• Receive, unload, and verify incoming shipments.
• Pick, package, label, and deliver inventory and non-inventory items to internal teams.
• Maintain accurate inventory transactions and documentation.
• Perform cycle counts and assist with inventory audits.
• Process returned equipment from customers and internal departments.
• Prepare shipments using approved carriers such as FedEx and UPS.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
• Assist with warehouse build-out, storage organization, and material staging.
• Coordinate with Procurement to resolve shipment discrepancies.
• Assist vendors and internal teams with inventory searches.
• Assemble kits and staged materials for build teams.
• Track and manage tool check-in and check-out for DCO teams.
• Perform daily warehouse walkthroughs to ensure operational readiness.
• Operate forklifts and company vehicles, including trucks with attached trailers, as needed.
• Support facility opening and closing procedures when assigned.
• Manage recycling and disposal of warehouse materials including cardboard, scrap metal, and related materials.
