Duties and Responsibilities: The NAR Logistics Manager oversees the outbound logistics process, managing logistics operations, optimizing efficiency, and ensuring timely delivery of goods. Responsibilities include strategic planning, team leadership, budget definition, managing financial resources efficiently, audit and validate 3PLs and implementing cost-effective logistics solutions. This role requires a blend of operational expertise, financial acumen, and project management skills to ensure the successful coordination of logistics activities within budgetary constraints. The position often face challenges like optimizing the logistics footprint, addressing supply chain disruptions, and balancing cost-efficiency with service quality. Adaptability and strategic problem-solving are key in overcoming these hurdles. The Logistics Manager interacts with various departments such as S&OP, Sales, Procurement, Finance, Trade Compliance, R&D, Quality. The effective collaboration across these areas ensures a streamlined supply chain.
