YOUR RIPPLE EFFECT Can you design and optimize logistics networks? Lead the analysis, design, and optimization of distribution and transportation networks, managing strategic initiatives end to end to improve service levels, efficiency, and long‑term capability. Do you see opportunities in complexity? Continuously evaluate suppliers, processes, and technologies to uncover cost savings, operational efficiencies, and service improvements that strengthen our competitive position. Are you a strong negotiator and partner? Lead RFPs, negotiate cost structures, and develop Service Agreements and Statements of Work that clearly define scope, performance expectations, and accountability with carriers, forwarders, and logistics partners. Can you manage performance with insight and discipline? Define and implement KPIs, scorecards, and dashboards that provide visibility, drive corrective actions, and support data‑driven decision making. Do you build high ‑performing supplier relationships? Manage carrier and provider performance, ensuring reliability, contractual compliance, and a collaborative approach to continuous improvement. Are you hands ‑on when problems arise? Lead incident resolution, manage claims and complaints, and coordinate reverse logistics processes to minimize disruption and protect customer experience. Do you influence across the organization? Collaborate transversally with internal teams, business units, and corporate partners, developing executive‑level and operational reporting that aligns logistics strategy with business needs.
