About The Position

We are growing and looking for a talented Logistics Manager to join our Warehouse team! If you are passionate about logistics and consistently go out of your way to learn and master new skills, we want you on our team! PAY RANGE: Starting at $100,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications. Requirements

  • Self-motivated leader with strong problem-solving and organizational skills.

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to customer service.
  • Basic computer proficiency and experience with warehouse systems.
  • Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
  • Previous warehouse management experience required.
  • Minimum of five (5) years of supervisory experience.
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, and move for extended periods.
  • Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. intermittently.
  • Comfortable working in a non–climate-controlled warehouse.

Nice To Haves

  • Forklift experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Manage daily warehouse operations across multiple departments to ensure productivity, accuracy, and timely delivery.
  • Lead, train, coach, and motivate associates to meet performance, safety, and quality standards.
  • Evaluate workflows and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce errors.
  • Partner with leadership to support forecasting, staffing, and operational planning.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, vendors, and internal teams.
  • Troubleshoot operational issues including inventory discrepancies, accuracy concerns, and workflow inefficiencies.
  • Monitor safety practices and recommend improvements.
  • Track and report operational performance, metrics, and KPIs.
  • Coordinate staffing, schedules, and special projects as needed.
  • Promote a positive, professional workplace culture.
