About The Position

Position Purpose: The role requires critical thought leadership focused on developing analytical processes, tools, and strategy for driving improved performance throughout the supply chain. This role is responsible for managing team of analysts and senior analysts with strong, wide-ranging technical abilities. This role helps to drive analytical initiatives to tangible results. The role requires considerable analytical and technical skills while being able to use complex analytical processes and then effectively describe those processes to leadership. The role requires partnership and communication skills with operations teams.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must be legally permitted to work in the United States.
• The knowledge, skills and abilities typically acquired through the completion of a high school diploma and/or GED.
• 3 years of work experience
• 1+ year of previous leadership experience

• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
• Working knowledge of Tableau
• Working knowledge of presentation software (e.g., Microsoft PowerPoint)
• Working knowledge of analytical/statistics software (e.g., SPSS, SAS, R, Stata)
• Working knowledge of HRIS software (e.g., IBM Kenexa, PeopleFluent, Tesseract)
• Proficient with data mining software (e.g., IBM Cognos Business Intelligence, Hadoop)
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate and work effectively with cross-functional teams
• Ability to develop and apply advanced mathematical/statistical techniques
• Ability to draw accurate conclusions from financial documentation
• Demonstrated project management skills
• Ability to convey complex or technical ideas and processes in easy-to-understand terms to diverse audiences
• Ability to negotiate, handle complaints, settle disputes, and resolve grievances with both internal and external customers
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Working experience with Google Big Query
• Working knowledge of writing SQL and/or Python
• Bachelor's degree
• 4 years of work experience
• 2+ years of previous leadership experience
