About The Position

The Logistics Management Analyst Associate will be responsible for the day‑to‑day materials‑control and logistics functions that keep the Trusted Security Solutions (TSS) program running smoothly. The incumbent will work under the guidance of the Logistics Lead and collaborate closely with engineering, program management, and contracting teams to ensure that logistics processes enable the development, delivery, and sustainment of Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (ISR) warfare systems critical to national defense. This role is physically demanding and requires frequent lifting, moving, and positioning of large, awkward, or high‑value equipment and supplies. Candidates must be able to safely handle these tasks in compliance with Lockheed Martin safety standards.

Requirements

  • Highly organized – Proven ability to maintain order and track multiple deliverables simultaneously.
  • Microsoft Office & Windows proficiency – Familiar with Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Windows operating systems.
  • Physical capability – Able to lift 50 lb. and safely handle material‑moving equipment.
  • Security clearance – Eligible to obtain and retain a DoD Top‑Secret clearance.
  • Rapid learning – Able to absorb new processes and procedures quickly.
  • Property management experience – Prior experience managing government and company property assets.
  • Material procurement experience – Background in sourcing and acquiring materials.

Nice To Haves

  • Logistics toolset – Working knowledge of PROP, SAP/COS, eShipper, BI, Indysoft, EPDM, Jira, P2P, PIEE/WAWF, Confluence.
  • SAP/COS MRP planning – Capable of planning and reporting using SAP/COS MRP modules.
  • MD04 supply‑demand knowledge – Understanding of logistical pegging, materials planning and procurement processes.
  • HPCD & BOM‑driven demand – Familiar with the HPCD process and BOM‑based demand flows.

Responsibilities

  • Maintaining accurate inventory records and ensuring full accountability of all equipment, tools, and material within the program’s footprint.
  • Coordinating the movement of assets — receiving, shipping, and internal transfers — to support program milestones and operational needs.
  • Assisting with both internal and external audits by providing required documentation, traceability data, and corrective‑action reports.
  • Placing purchase orders, tracking order status, and managing vendor relationships to secure timely delivery of parts and services.
  • Packing, labeling, and shipping equipment to remote test sites, field locations, and customer facilities in compliance with safety and security regulations.
  • Managing calibration schedules and maintaining up‑to‑date calibration records for all test and measurement equipment.
  • Generating reports on lost, damaged, or excess assets and recommending remedial actions to mitigate future loss.
  • Supporting the logistics portion of program reviews and providing data for cost‑analysis, readiness, and performance metrics.
