About The Position

This team member is part of a dynamic team, contributing to commercial activities through the Juice Platform business plan in North America. This role supports LDC Juice North America by working closely with facility operations teams, Execution, Quality, and S&OP to maintain accurate inventory, support production activities, and ensure smooth inbound/outbound material handling.

Requirements

  • High school diploma.
  • Valid Driver’s License.
  • Minimum: 2 years of experience in an office work environment and sales.
  • Minimum: 2 years of proficiency in MS Office applications, specifically Excel and Word, with the ability to learn company software.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Strong quantitative skills, including basic knowledge of statistics.
  • Ability to organize multiple responsibilities, prioritize workload and perform multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or other business discipline.
  • APICS
  • Minimum: 4 years of experience in office work environment and sales.
  • Minimum: 4 years of proficiency in MS Office applications, specifically Excel and Word.
  • Juice industry experience or other bulk and food processing experience.
  • Experience with SAP software.
  • Experience in the beverage/juice industry.
  • SharePoint knowledge or experience preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Enter and process warehouse production orders to maintain accurate inventory levels.
  • Monitor production schedules, track progress, and provide timely updates to internal partners.
  • Track supply and demand of drum and case‑good inventories at all sites to maintain optimal stock levels.
  • Coordinate with Execution and S&OP regarding slow-moving items, obstacles, and aging product risk.
  • Compare third‑party warehouse inventory reports to SAP records and identify discrepancies.
  • Support month‑end processes by gathering and providing required inventory audit documentation.
  • Ensure accuracy of data entry across systems and documents; verify and validate information prior to submission.
  • Generate routine and ad‑hoc inventory, production, and exception reports as needed.
  • Maintain and organize required documentation according to company policies using SharePoint and other web‑based tools.
  • Assist in creating or updating SOPs and operational documentation as business needs evolve.
  • Investigate inbound exceptions such as damaged drums, leaks, seal issues, and incorrect quantities.
  • Perform cycle counts in frozen or refrigerated warehouses; analyze and reconcile discrepancies.
  • Track facility‑reported damages and escalate issues to the appropriate internal teams.
  • Conduct onsite inspections at local facilities to assess product condition, collect samples, and document findings.
  • Provide prompt, comprehensive responses to internal and external customer inquiries.
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with customers, carriers, forwarders, and facility operations teams.
  • Communicate proactively regarding inventory issues, delays, damages, or operational challenges.
  • Prepare business correspondence, respond to stakeholder requests, and support customer service activities to ensure satisfaction.
  • Support the Operations Manager in developing or improving supply chain processes to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • Assist in optimizing workflows, identifying opportunities to reduce costs, and supporting business KPIs such as inventory accuracy and storage optimization.
  • Register new clients and vendors with internal teams ensuring all company-required documentation is accurate and complete.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned to support business continuity and operational needs
