Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s program (junior/senior standing) or recent graduate
- Majoring in Business, Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, or a related field
- Strong communicator with curiosity, drive, and the ability to thrive under pressure
- Interest in logistics, transportation, or B2B sales
- Reliable, accountable, and eager to learn
Responsibilities
- Prospect and Build Relationships – Identify and qualify new business opportunities through calls, research, and creative outreach.
- Develop Competitive Pricing and Quotes – Analyze customer needs, market trends, and carrier rates to build profitable solutions.
- Negotiate and Close Deals – Learn to engage with carriers and customers, overcome objections, and secure new business.
- Manage the Sales Pipeline – Keep CRM data organized, track outreach, and monitor performance metrics.
- Support Freight Operations – Collaborate with operations teams to ensure on-time delivery and exceptional service.
