We are looking for a Logistics Intern to support the rollout and implementation of transportation management software across our logistics network. This internship provides hands-on experience with logistics operations, transportation systems, process improvement, and change management while working on real-world supply chain initiatives. This is a full time (May - August 2026) internship based in Carmel, Indiana, and requires the ability to travel to support on-site implementation activities at operational locations. Key Responsibilities Partner with logistics, transportation, operations, and IT teams to support transportation software rollout activities. Assist with system testing, data validation, and user acceptance testing during implementation phases. Help document current and future-state transportation processes and workflows. Support change management efforts by assisting with training materials and end-user education. Track implementation progress, issues, and action items to support successful deployments. Analyze transportation and shipment data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities. Provide on-site and remote support during go-live and post-implementation stabilization. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within logistics and transportation operations. Qualifications Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, Operations Management, Information Systems, or a related field. The ideal candidate will be entering their Sophomore, Junior or Senior year with a minimum of a 3.0 GPA. Strong interest in logistics, transportation, and supply chain technology. Analytical mindset with the ability to work with data and identify process improvement opportunities. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. Effective written and verbal communication skills. Ability and willingness to travel as required. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, cross-functional team environment.
