About The Position

Assisting in establishing supportability capabilities for integration with overall program designs Preparing program supportability procedures and plans based on established supportability procedures Preparing, entering and maintaining supportability documentation in automated logistics support analysis records Assisting in preparing supportability trade-off studies in the ten logistics technical disciplines to determine alternate support concepts within cost parameters Preparing and implementing plans to deploy and activate systems at field locations FILLING THIS POSITION IS CONTINGENT UPON FUNDING #LI-LL1

Requirements

  • Experience in shipping and receiving materials to include staging, packaging, and organizing materials within a warehouse environment
  • Experience processing material intake within a product lifecycle management application (i.e CMPRO, ERP or similar)
  • Familiarity with Navy P700 standards
  • Experience processing materials intended for DRMO/disposition
  • Experience performing material inventories
  • Experience operating a forklift and possess a current/valid Forklift license
  • Ability to maintain a Secret security clearance
  • Must possess a valid driver's license and be able to operate a work-site vanAbility to lift 50 pounds
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Minimum three (3) years of full-time professional experience in Navy Integrated Logistics Support and System Life-Cycle Support areas of the DoD/Navy Integrated Logistics Support System

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with NAVSUP logistics process to include intake, receipts, shipping and inventory management
  • Previous military experience with supply and logistics functions
  • Experience with Navy C4ISR programs
