Requirements

Proven experience in logistics coordination or supply chain management.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Knowledge of transport regulations and safety standards.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in relevant computer applications, such as Microsoft Office suite.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. when needed.
High school diploma or equivalent; college degree is preferred.

Certification in supply chain management is preferred.

Responsibilities

Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
Oversee deliveries, storage, distribution, and returns of goods.
Track orders and ensure they are delivered on time.
Liaise with suppliers and transportation companies to arrange shipment of goods.
Optimize delivery routes and coordinate the transport of goods according to customer requirements.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and applicable laws.
Investigate and solve problems related to logistics or supply chain operations.
Monitor warehouse productivity, analyze data, and suggest improvements.
Keep records of goods, invoices, and orders.
