About The Position
E-Logic is seeking a Logistics Disaster Response Recovery Specialist II to provides mid-level support for logistics documentation, reconciliation, and FEMA/TDEM reporting during disaster-recovery operations. This role will be remote but at any moment, the government can change it to onsite with a 30 days' advance written notice. Important Notice : This role is part of a proposal for the Texas Department of State Health Services (DSHS). Hiring is contingent upon the selection of the consultant . Selected candidates will be included in the proposal and must authorize the use of their resume for submission.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree.
- 3 to 5 years in logistics or operations within emergency management.
- Excellent record-keeping and communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Track shipments, assets, and expenditures.
- Reconcile vendor invoices with project budgets.
- Prepare cost summaries and submit documentation to FEMA.
- Coordinate with field and finance teams.
