Job Description Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Serve as a liaison between national account customers and internal departments including sales, logistics, and customer service. Manage order entry, tracking, and fulfillment processes to ensure timely and accurate delivery. Maintain up-to-date records of pricing, product specifications, promotions, and customer information. Coordinate with supply chain and operations teams to monitor inventory levels and address potential issues. Assist in the preparation of reports, sales data analysis, and performance metrics for key accounts. Resolve customer inquiries and issues promptly, ensuring a high level of satisfaction. Support national account managers with administrative tasks, meeting preparations, and project coordination.
