About The Position

The Logistics Coordinator is responsible for overseeing daily storage operations while managing inbound and outbound logistics to ensure efficient inventory oversight, accurate order fulfillment and timely shipments across all channels. This role serves as a key point of coordination between vendors, drop-shippers, warehouse and internal departments. It requires constant communication with all parties mentioned above as well as couriers such as FedEx, UPS, DHL and more to ensure the smooth execution of shipments and overall inventory flow. In addition, the Logistics Coordinator needs to be able to provide cross-functional support to teams such as Fulfillment, Supply Chain, Facilities and Marketing to name a few.

Requirements

  • Strong communication and organizational skills as well as high attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and know what to prioritize.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (data tracking, reporting, analysis.)
  • Team-oriented approach with strong capability to collaborate across multiple departments.
  • Self-driven mindset with a focus on spotting challenges and addressing them efficiently.
  • Ability to analyze data and translate findings into practical, result-driven actions.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain or business administration preferred.
  • 1 + years of experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or supply chain.
  • Proficient at multitasking and knowing what needs to be prioritized according to business needs.
  • Basic to intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office tools.
  • Experience working with 3PL providers and freight brokers.
  • Being able to lift 25+Lb. and being able to stand for extended periods of time.
  • Experience with international shipping customs compliance (HTS codes, Commercial Invoice, etc.)
  • Proficient inventory management and coordinating logistics operations.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments for office locations and drop-shippers, including LTL and FTL freight.
  • Receive and inspect incoming deliveries to verify the quantities and conditions of the items received. Document and escalate any discrepancies.
  • Manage daily storage operations, including organizing receiving areas and processing deliveries as well as maintaining organizational storage standards.
  • Ensure accuracy and completeness of shipping and customs documentation to support import/export compliance.
  • Monitor shipment status and provide timely updates to internal teams, proactively addressing delays or issues.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for vendors regarding order status, discrepancies and supply replenishment coordination.
  • Prepare and maintain shipment documentation, ensure compliance with company and regulatory requirements, and uphold accurate data across logistics systems and dashboards.
  • Assist with logistics reporting, KPI tracking, and performance analysis while driving continuous improvement initiatives to streamline processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Fulfillment, Supply Chain, Facilities and Marketing to support operational needs and ensure alignment across departments.
