Essential Functions: Adherence to NSG standards of business conduct and its values and principals Ensure that a commitment to ‘Customer First’ is embedded within the culture of the team. Ensure the current NSG business strategy and company objectives are communicated, understood, and applied by the operations team. Ensure commitment to and execution of training plans developed by department managers. Maintain positive relations with the work force. Actively utilize the employee involvement processes. Employee will be covering shift operations rotating between days and night shifts Responsible for auditing of: Safety systems (KSB, safety walk and talk (SWAT, Haz Id, Quick Kaizen, and 5S) Adherence to production processes Execution of department requests Employee productivity 8. Other duties assigned by manager.
