Oversees daily shipment activities and monitors timeliness of of shipments for assigned automotive accounts Communicates with suppliers, customers, carriers and internal departments Manages all incoming calls effectively. Initiates outbound calls to carriers and drivers to confirm timely arrivals and communicate any pertinent information or concerns. Promptly input shipment updates into multiple systems and conveying information via email. Resolve shipments discrepancies in real-time, escalating when necessary to Account Managers Remain flexible and adaptable to evolving business requirements.
