About The Position

We are seeking a detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator in Jacksonville to support our import and export operations. The ideal candidate will have up to three years of logistics experience and will work closely with internal teams, customer warehouses, and outside vendors to ensure timely and accurate shipment coordination. This is a Temp-to-Hire position and the client offers benefits once Hired In. This is a drug-free workplace. All candidates must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen and be willing to submit to a national background check.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in logistics, import, or export operations
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work effectively with outside vendors and internal stakeholders
• Basic knowledge of shipping documentation and logistics processes
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Nice To Haves

• Experience with international shipping and global logistics vendors
• Familiarity with logistics or ERP systems

Responsibilities

• Coordinate domestic and international shipments between customer warehouses and global destinations
• Work closely with multiple external vendors, freight forwarders, and carriers
• Prepare, process, and file export documentation in compliance with regulations
• Update and maintain accurate shipment information in internal systems
• Track shipments and proactively resolve delays or issues
• Ensure all logistics activities are completed accurately and on schedule
