All employees are expected to follow safe work practices, as well as adhere to company and client worksite safety policies and procedures Follow safe work practices and company and client work site policies Promote company CORE Values to foster and safeguard a family-centric culture Supports Project Managers, Superintendent, Procurement, Project Engineer, and Field Supervisors with logistics of materials to effectively deliver value to the client Leader for developing, complying, executing, and continuously improving processes for safe and effective remote warehouse operations and compliance with warehouse lease contracts Monitor and track job site vehicle assets; condition, cleanliness, safety attributes, and scheduling of repair/maintenance needs Oversight for coordination of all inbound and outbound warehouse deliveries. Deliver/manage the unloading of site material Responsible and accountable for tracking materials, storage conditions, physical status, custody transfers, and inventory management to support site operations Coordinate receipt of deliveries, verify accuracy, and determine materials handling and storage by process standards, contractual obligations, and regulatory and safety requirements Responsible for onsite CFCI material inventory levels and coordination of required shipments Follow through on the RMA process for the physical materials to comply with suppliers material return policies Responsible for reconciling packing lists vs. PO descriptions/quantities, maintaining material movement data, performing physical counts of inventory, and verifying actual inventory vs. stock count reflected in software-generated reports Generate daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports; investigate gaps, seek solutions, and implement countermeasures to maintain accurate inventory Develop metrics that effectively measure Logistics business-critical performance for quality, delivery, and/or cost, make them transparent, and own continuous improvement efforts based on those KPI attributes Champion continuous improvement activities and support Lean initiatives across the site to align with corporate strategic goals Manage receiving of material in NetSuite. Approve or request approval of material requests Audit BOM for accuracy at the front of the project and work to get the best pricing through Vendors and Partners Communicate to Vendors and align to provided delivery schedule Remove excess material from the project and ensure use within E2 if possible Manage warehouse and logistics items within the space Track, trend and drive structured problem-solving for recurring issues that prevent the realization of logistics targets Share better practices and learnings across sites (Yokoten) for inspiration and implementation Provide coaching, development, and guidance to direct reports and/or team members, encouraging and guiding their personal development Lead by example in exemplifying safety and professionalism on the job site Proficient in using a computer and Microsoft Office (Jamis, Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.) The individual in this position should be able and willing to travel as required by E2 Additional Responsibilities: As identified and assigned by leadership

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required; bachelors degree preferred in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or relevant equivalency
  • 2 - 5 years knowledge and experience in Logistic/Supply Chain; preferentially in Structured Cabling or related industry/construction experience
  • Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience; including organizing, prioritizing, and scheduling the work assignments of others
  • Good data analysis and calculation skills to support effective Logistics decisions
  • Working knowledge of fundamental business practices and processes
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and in a team setting
  • Ability to develop and anchor standard operating procedures that effectively capture Logistics processes and tasks for successful execution of the job duties
  • Ability to perform duties in a professional manner and appearance

Responsibilities
